The duo has formed a crime syndicate. Soon, Ambi launches 'Operation Kempegowda'. He calls himself Kempegowda, the founder of Bengaluru. He spoils RDX's attempt to acquire land for casino near Kempambudhi Lake. The attempt to grab 2,000 acres of land for a steel factory in Raichur is also foiled by him. RDX comes to India to take on Kempegowda. Action and bloodshed follows as the hero takes on the villains with a sword.
